Artist Julia Licht was working as a street painter in New York City when an unhealthy marriage forced her to sell everything and move to the Hostess City of the South with her three young children. A decade-and-a-half later, she still lives month-to-month in her parents former home in The Landings, but the resilient creative finally “feel[s] like Savannah is my home.”
